What you can do here
One virtual card you keep and add money to, a workspace that shows every step, and people who check each payment.
ReloadableVCC gives you virtual cards for online payments and lets you add money to the same card again and again. The card number, expiry date and CVV stay the same after every reload, so services that already have the card keep charging it without any change on your side.
The three things you will do most
- Request a card. Choose an amount, pay, and the card appears under Cards once a person on our team has confirmed the payment.
- Reload it. When the balance runs low, add money to the card you already have. A reload has no issue fee.
- Follow progress. Every request has its own page in Activity with a live status, the cost breakdown and the payment details.
What it costs
There are two fees and both are shown before you pay:
- an issue fee of $5.00, once, when a new card is created;
- a load charge of 15% on each amount you put on a card, the first time and on every reload.
Each request can load between $10.00 and $5,000.00. See Issue fee and load charge for worked examples.
How payment works
You can pay through a hosted crypto checkout that confirms itself, or by sending a manual transfer and pasting the transaction ID. Both are covered in the Paying for an order section of these docs.
What we are not
We are not a bank and we do not hold savings. The money on a card is there to be spent. Cards come from issuing partners and follow their rules.
