Resume or re-check an unpaid checkout

If you started a hosted-checkout payment and the request still shows Not paid yet, open it from Activity. Two buttons help.

Pay

Pay takes you back to the checkout for the same request and the same total. Handy when the payment tab was shut too early or expired.

The button only appears while the checkout is switched on and the request is still unpaid.

Look for the payment again

If you already paid, Look for the payment again asks the system to check the request once more. Confirmations normally arrive by themselves within minutes, once the network has settled the payment, so you rarely need it.

Still not paid after you paid?

• Wait for the network to confirm; some coins take longer than others.
• Check in your wallet that the payment was sent and not stuck as pending.
• If it has been more than an hour, open a ticket with the request reference and the payment ID from the provider's page.

Called off

If the provider reports the payment as cancelled, the request changes to Called off and nothing is loaded. Start a new request to try again.
