Smallest and largest amounts

Every request, whether for a new card or a reload, can put between $10.00 and $5,000.00 on a card. The limits apply to the amount on the card, not to the total you pay.

Typing an amount

The request page checks the amount as you type and tells you if it is outside the limits. Use numbers only, with up to two decimals, for example 125 or 125.50.

Needing more than the maximum

Send more than one request. For a large budget, split it across two reloads, or across two cards if you want separate budgets. Each request is checked on its own.

Needing less than the minimum

Load the minimum. Whatever you do not spend stays on the card for later.

When limits change

Limits can change. A request you already sent keeps its amount; the new limits apply to new requests only. The current figures are always on the request page and the pricing page.
