Product tour
A small app for the payments that come back every month
Every screen is built around one idea: keep a card you trust, put money on it when you need to, and always know where things stand.
Your money at a glance
The first screen after sign-in shows the balance across your active cards, anything still in progress and the latest notices. One button starts a new card or a reload.
- Balance on every active card, added up
- Open requests with their current step
- Recent messages from the team
Cards with a balance ring
Each card shows its balance inside a ring that empties as you spend, so you can see at a glance when a reload is due. Reload, copy the expiry or reveal the full number from the same place.
- Ring shows what is left of what you loaded
- Reload straight from the card
- Frozen or closed cards are clearly marked
A live preview while you type
The order screen is split in two: the form on the left, the card on the right. As you change the amount, the preview updates the balance, the load charge and the total.
- New card or reload in one form
- Total fixed by the server before payment
- Hosted checkout or manual transfer
Progress you can follow
Every order and reload gets its own page with a step tracker, the price breakdown and the payment details. You hear from us by email and in the app when it is done.
- Steps from placed to finished
- Payment status check for checkout orders
- Reference number for support
Locked by default
Two-factor sign-in is part of every account. Card numbers and CVVs need a fresh authenticator code to show, and they hide again after a minute. Sign-ins from new devices trigger an email.
- Authenticator app for every account
- Backup codes you can download
- Sign out other sessions in one click
Help with context
Tickets sit next to your orders, so a question about a payment arrives with the reference already attached. Replies land in your inbox and by email.
- Topics for orders, cards, refunds and account
- Full message history
- Docs for the common questions
Set up your card in a few minutes
Create an account, turn on two-factor sign-in and order your first card. After that, reload it whenever you need to.
Creating an account costs nothing. You pay when you order or reload a card.
