Terms of Service

The agreement that covers your account and every card you order or reload.

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms are the deal between you and ReloadableVCC, the service at reloadablevcc.com. They cover your workspace and every card request or reload made through it. Creating an account, or sending any request, counts as agreeing to them, along with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Not comfortable with that? Then please leave the service unused.

What ReloadableVCC provides

We supply virtual cards that are paid for before any money goes on them, we add funds to cards you already hold (a "reload"), and we show the card details inside your workspace. Each request, new card or reload, is paid up front and then checked by a member of our team.

  • No banking here. ReloadableVCC is neither a bank nor an electronic-money business, and it does not issue cards itself. Issuing partners supply the cards, under their own rules and those of the card schemes.
  • Human approval, always. Cards are issued and reloads applied only after a team member has matched your payment.
  • Money on a card is for spending. It is not a savings product and attracts no interest.

Eligibility

Adults only: you need to be 18 or over and legally free to accept a contract. ReloadableVCC is unavailable to anyone listed for sanctions and to anyone residing or present in a fully sanctioned country or region. Keep to one account per person, used by you alone, unless we have confirmed otherwise to you in writing.

Your workspace and its security

  • Your profile, and especially your email address, must stay current; updates and alerts are delivered there.
  • Two-step sign-in is part of every account and cannot be disabled. An authenticator app is paired before the workspace opens. Its code is asked for at each sign-in and again whenever full card details are revealed.
  • Keep your password, authenticator and backup codes to yourself. Our team will not request them by email, ticket or chat, ever.
  • Activity carried out with your login is treated as yours. Suspect a stranger has access? Email [email protected] immediately.
  • A two-step sign-in reset involves identity checks and is not instant. Losing both the authenticator and the backup codes can hold up access to your cards.

Requests and their prices

  • Each request loads an amount inside the current limits, presently $10.00 to $5,000.00.
  • New card: the loaded amount, plus a one-time issue fee (presently $5.00), plus a load charge (presently 15% of the amount loaded).
  • Reload: the amount added plus the load charge, with no issue fee. Only active cards in your own workspace qualify, one reload in progress per card.
  • Totals are calculated by our system and locked onto the request before payment. Fee or limit changes made later only affect requests sent afterwards.

Paying

The available methods are listed on the request page:

  • Hosted checkout. Payment happens on the provider's own page. We treat a request as paid once the provider reports the payment to us. Left the page halfway? The request in your workspace lets you return to it.
  • Manual transfer. Send the precise total to the address and network on screen, then hand us the transaction ID. A transaction ID can back one request only.

Sending costs charged by networks, exchanges or wallets come on top and are yours to bear, so that the whole total reaches us. Requests left unpaid may be cancelled.

Checks and timing

Before a card goes out or a reload goes on, our team verifies the payment, including the sum actually received. A new card or a reload is usually ready 1–6 hours after the payment is confirmed. Treat that as a typical figure rather than a guarantee: peak periods, slow confirmations or a question we need answered can all add time. Any request may be declined, for example when a payment cannot be verified or misuse of these terms is suspected.

Payments that do not add up

  • Short payment: we cannot fulfil the request in that state and may place it on hold. Get in touch, and we will either accept the missing amount or send back what came in, minus network costs.
  • Overpayment: we will contact you and either return the surplus or credit it to another request, minus network costs.
  • Wrong network, token or address: a transfer that misses the displayed details is often unrecoverable. We will genuinely look into it, yet such losses remain your own.
  • Pending transactions are handled after the network confirms them.

Using cards

  • Merchants choose which cards to accept, and some turn away virtual cards. Acceptance at any particular merchant is not something we can promise.
  • Card details are confidential. Anyone who obtains them might be able to spend.
  • Spending is possible up to the balance and until the expiry date. Reloading changes the balance only: number, expiry date and security code remain as they are.
  • We, or the issuing partner, can freeze a card at any time to stop fraud or to comply with the law.

Forbidden uses

You agree not to use ReloadableVCC or its cards for any of the following:

  • fraud of any kind, spending stolen money or accounts, or deceiving merchants and platforms;
  • trading in or promoting anything unlawful where you or the merchant are located, such as narcotics, weapons, fake goods or any material that sexually exploits children;
  • money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or concealing the origin of funds;
  • unlicensed gambling, or any other activity that requires a licence you lack;
  • abusing chargebacks, refunds, trials or promotions, or working around bans and limits imposed by a platform;
  • reselling cards or their details, or registering accounts in someone else's name;
  • scraping, probing, overloading or otherwise disrupting our systems.

Suspected crimes may be reported, and we cooperate with the relevant authorities.

Refunds

All refunds follow the Refund Policy. In brief: only balances are refundable; a card never charged returns everything on it; a card already charged qualifies only with a large balance remaining, minus commission; fees stay paid.

Holding or closing accounts

Accounts can be suspended or closed, cards frozen, requests refused and balances held, with or without advance notice, whenever we have good reason to think these terms were breached, security is threatened, fraud or crime is involved, or our partners or the law require it. Where permitted, we will tell you why. You are free to close your account by contacting us at any point; balances are then settled under the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Everything that makes up ReloadableVCC, from brand and code to text and graphics, is owned by us or licensed to us. Your permission to use them extends only to using the service in the ordinary way.

Disclaimers

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. So far as the law allows, nothing here guarantees constant availability, flawless software, merchant acceptance or a specific processing time. Blockchains and payment providers are run by others and lie outside our control.

Liability cap

So far as the law allows: (a) indirect, special, incidental and consequential losses are excluded, and so are losses of profit, income, data or reputation; (b) losses arising from your own mistakes (for instance sending on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address), from merchants, issuing partners or blockchain networks, or from anyone else signing in as you, fall outside our responsibility; and (c) each claim is capped at whatever fees reached us from you during the 90 days preceding the event in question. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited by these terms.

Indemnity

Breaking these terms or misusing a card can cost us money; when it does, you will repay those losses, costs and claims.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised. Revisions appear on this page with a fresh "last updated" date, and material changes are flagged by email or inside your workspace. Using the service after a revision means accepting it.

Governing law

The laws of the jurisdiction where ReloadableVCC operates govern these terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live remain unaffected. Before any formal dispute, please raise the matter with us so we can attempt an informal solution.

Questions
