Reloading
Add money. Keep the card.
A reload puts more money on a card you already have. Nothing about the card changes except its balance, so the streaming service, the cloud bill and the app store all keep charging it as before.

Four steps
From low balance to topped up
-
01
Choose the card
Press Reload on a card in your app, or pick the card on the order page. Only your own active cards are listed.
-
02
Type the amount
Between $10.00 and $5,000.00 per reload. The page shows the 15% load charge and the total straight away — no issue fee on a reload.
-
03
Pay the total
Use the hosted checkout or send a manual transfer and paste its transaction ID. The total cannot change after you start.
-
04
We add the money
A person checks the payment and adds the amount to the card. An email and an inbox notice confirm it.
Stays the same
- The 16-digit card number
- The expiry date
- The CVV
- The name on the card
- Every service that has the card saved
Changes
- The balance goes up by the amount you reloaded.
- The balance ring on the card fills back up.
- A new entry appears in your activity and statement.
Good to know
When a reload can't start yet
The order page tells you why, so you never pay for a reload that can't go through.
The card is not active
Frozen or closed cards can’t take new money. Open a ticket if a card was frozen and you are not sure why.
Another reload is still running
Each card has one reload at a time. Wait until the current one is finished.
A refund for the card is being reviewed
While we look at a refund request, the card stays as it is.
A new card or a reload is usually ready 1–6 hours after the payment is confirmed.
Ready when your balance runs low
Create an account, turn on two-factor sign-in and order your first card. After that, reload it whenever you need to.
Creating an account costs nothing. You pay when you order or reload a card.
