Refund Policy

Which balances qualify for a payout, how much comes back and what to do.

Last updated October 17, 2026

Here is how ReloadableVCC handles requests to return the money sitting on a card: eligibility first, then the arithmetic, then what you click. This policy is part of the Terms of Service, and the figures shown are always the ones currently configured.

Summary

  • Balances only. Issue fees, load charges and other fees are never paid back.
  • Never-charged cards return their full balance, with no commission deducted.
  • Charged cards are refundable only while $500.00 or more remains. In that case we close the card and pay out the balance less a 10% commission.
  • Reloaded funds are simply balance and follow the same rules as the first load.
  • Each request is assessed by a person, whose decision is final.

When does a card count as charged?

From the first debit of any kind: purchases, subscription payments, pre-authorisations and verification charges all count, including ones later reversed. Our records and the issuing partner's records are what decide.

Looking at a card, copying the number or saving it with a shop, so long as no money moves, leaves it in the never charged group. Reloading alone does not move it out of that group.

Never-charged cards

Ask for the entire balance and no commission is deducted. After the payout the card is shut down permanently.

Illustration: a card started with $80, received a $40 reload and was never used. The payout is $120. The issue fee and the load charges remain paid.

Charged cards with a high balance

As a rule, charged cards are not refundable. The exception: if $500.00 or more is still on the card, we can close it and pay out the remainder, after deducting a 10% commission calculated on that balance.

Illustration at 10% commission: $700 on a charged card means $70 commission and a $630 payout, after which the card is closed.

Below $500.00, a charged card is not refundable, but it keeps working for purchases up to its expiry date.

Fees kept in every case

  • each new card's issue fee (presently $5.00);
  • the load charge on every load and reload (presently 15%);
  • fees taken by networks, exchanges or wallets;
  • the refund commission explained above.

Requesting a refund

  1. Sign in and go to Refunds → Ask for a refund.
  2. Select the card; the screen states whether it is eligible and shows the expected payout.
  3. Add a short reason.
  4. Provide a payout wallet address (or Pay ID) together with its network. Double-check them: payouts made to the details you supply are final.
  5. Submit, then follow progress in your workspace. A decision email follows.

Only one open refund request per card is allowed, and none while a reload of that card is still in progress.

Assessment and payment

A reviewer confirms the card's activity and balance with the issuing partner and fixes the final figure, which can differ from the estimate when the actual balance or activity differs. Decisions usually take a few working days. Approved payouts go out in USDT, or another agreed method, and the transaction ID appears in your workspace.

Paid for a card or reload we could not complete, for example after a short payment? Raise a ticket quoting the request reference and its payment ID. If the funds arrived and can be traced to you, you may either finish the request or receive the money back, less network or processing costs. Transfers made on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address are sometimes unrecoverable; we will genuinely try, without being able to guarantee success.

Grounds to refuse or pause a refund

  • The card is frozen, or being investigated for fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms.
  • The card or account was involved in forbidden activity, or the funding payment is contested or tied to stolen money.
  • We need further proof of your identity or of your ownership of the payout address.
  • A law, court or authority obliges us to keep the funds.
