Pay through the hosted checkout

Choose the checkout, pay on the provider's page in the coin you prefer, and the request moves forward by itself.

The hosted checkout is the quickest way to pay. You pay on the payment provider's own page, and the provider tells us when the money has arrived, so you never need to paste a transaction ID.

Step by step

  1. On the request page, pick the checkout option under How do you want to pay?
  2. Check the total in the summary and accept the terms.
  3. Choose Go to payment. You are taken to the provider's page.
  4. Pick a coin and network there and pay the amount that page shows.
  5. Return to your workspace. The request page shows its status.

What happens next

When the provider confirms the payment, the request changes to Paid, preparing without anything else from you. A person then issues the card or adds the reload. A new card or a reload is usually ready 1–6 hours after the payment is confirmed.

The amount on the provider's page

The provider converts the request total into the coin you choose. Pay exactly what their page asks for, from a wallet or exchange that lets you send the full amount. Wallets that subtract a sending fee need that fee added, otherwise the payment arrives short.

Closed the page too early?

Open the request in Activity. While it is unpaid you can choose Pay to return to the checkout, or Look for the payment again if you already paid. See Resume or re-check an unpaid checkout.

If the amount does not match

If the provider reports a different amount, the request goes to Amount under review and a person looks at it. Do not pay a second time. See If the amount or network was wrong.
