Request your first card

Open the request page

Choose New card or reload in the workspace, or the + button in the side rail.

1. Choose the amount

Type the amount you want on the card, or pick one of the quick amounts. Each request can load between $10.00 and $5,000.00.

If you like, add the name that should appear on the card. Leave the field empty and we use a standard name.

2. Choose how to pay

• Hosted checkout: you are sent to the payment provider's page, pick a coin and pay there. The payment confirms itself.
• Manual transfer: you transfer the precise total to the displayed address and network, then paste the transaction ID.

The page shows the address, the network and any warning for the method you pick. Read the warning: sending on the wrong network can lose the payment.

3. Check the total

The card preview on the right (at the bottom on a phone) updates as you type. It lists the amount for the card, the load charge and the issue fee, then the total to pay. Our server works out the same total again and fixes it on the request.

4. Send it

• With hosted checkout, choose Go to payment and complete the payment on the provider's page.
• With a manual transfer, send the money first, then paste the TXID, tick the box confirming you sent the exact amount and choose Send request.

After that

The request opens in Activity, where you can watch its status. A new card or a reload is usually ready 1–6 hours after the payment is confirmed. When the card is ready, it appears under Cards and we email you.
