Pay by manual transfer with a TXID
Transfer the precise total to the displayed address, then hand us the transaction ID so we can match it.
With a manual transfer you send the money yourself from your wallet or exchange, then tell us which transaction it was.
Step by step
- On the request page, pick a manual method, such as USDT on a named network or Binance Pay.
- Copy the address (or Pay ID), or scan the QR code with your wallet.
- Read the warning under the address. It names the only network that works for that address.
- Use Copy next to the total and send exactly that amount.
- Once sent, paste the transaction ID (TXID) into the form.
- Optionally add a screenshot of the payment. Only our team sees it.
- Tick the box confirming you sent the exact total, then choose Send request.
Finding the TXID
- Wallets: open the outgoing transaction; the TXID may be called the transaction hash.
- Exchanges: open the withdrawal in your history; the TXID usually appears once the withdrawal has been sent.
- Binance Pay: use the order ID of the payment.
Each TXID can be used for one request only. Sending a TXID that is already attached to another request is refused.
What happens next
The request shows Checking payment while a person matches your TXID with the incoming payment and checks the amount. A new card or a reload is usually ready 1–6 hours after the payment is confirmed.
Fees on your side
Network and exchange fees are yours to cover, on top of the total. Exchanges that take their fee out of the withdrawal need a slightly larger amount, so the complete total still lands. A shortfall delays the request. See Sending the exact amount on the right network.
