What each request status means

Every request in Activity shows a status and a progress track. This is what each status means.

Not paid yet

You chose the hosted checkout, but the provider has not confirmed a payment. Pay from the request page, or wait a few minutes if you already paid.

Checking payment

You paid by manual transfer and sent the TXID. A person is matching it with the incoming payment and checking the amount.

Paid, preparing

The payment is confirmed. We are issuing the card or adding the reload. Nothing is needed from you.

Amount under review

The checkout reported an amount that does not match the total. A person is looking at it and will contact you. Do not pay again.

Done

The card is ready under Cards, or the reload has been added to the balance. We also send an email and an inbox notice.

Not approved

We could not approve the request, usually because the payment could not be matched. The reason appears on the request page. Open a ticket from there if you have questions.

Called off

The checkout payment was cancelled, so nothing will be loaded. Start a new request whenever you are ready.
